Our ramen bowls aren't just hot, they're downright gluttonous. Our specialty broths are made on-site each day, and served HOT! Each bowl comes with your choice of broth, ramen noodles, nori (seaweed), shredded wood ear mushrooms, bamboo shoots, shredded carrots, and a quail egg.

Choose a broth:

• Pork or Beef — Our pork and beef ramen bowls are made with slow-cooked pork or beef bones, right here at the Faire, along with fresh green onion, miso, and a blend of savory spices.
• Vegetable — Our vegetable broth isn't made with any bones, but it's no less flavorful. We add bok choy, extra miso, and even more fresh greens. Our vegetable bowls also feature whole wood ear mushrooms!

Choose your spice level:

• No Spice & Kids Bowl — If you're not in the mood for spicy food we've got a No Spice option. For picky eaters, our Kids Bowl has no spice or vegetables, just broth and noodles.
• That Tingly Feeling — Comparable in spice level to tabasco pepper sauce.
• Why Would You Do That? — Comparable in spice level to serrano peppers.
• Dear God Make It Stop! — Comparable in spice level to jalapeño peppers.
